Latest news is that the cheetah who so bravely drew blood has survived the encounter. It is reported that the animal suffered post traumatic stress disorder and has had to undergo an extensive course of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in order to recover. It is also understood that one of the symptoms of the trauma was that she kept mentioning pee 4. The rangers assumed that this referred to the number of times she had to find a tree but I was able to reassure them that this is a common condition when normal individuals come into contact with me. They become deranged and start moaning about pee 4 at frequent intervals. It is believed that there are a number of centres internationally where afflicted individuals can receive intensive therapy - however, evidence suggests that the cures may not work as effectively as widely thought.
Anyway - above is a photograph of the feline victim of this terrible afflication. Luckily, with lots of tender care and the promise of a dose of moggie brewed antidote (MBA) she is expected to make a complete recovery.
